Harbour Health provides a comprehensive travel advice service and offer a range of travel vaccinations. Harbour Health is a licensed Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre. We also do pre and post travel medicals.
If you are planning a trip please contact the clinic with your travel plan which should include date of departure, duration of the trip and type of accommodation. We will then be able to advise you on when you should start your course of vaccinations, how long it will take and give you an estimate of how much it will cost.
At your first consultation you will meet with a doctor who will review your vaccination history (please bring any vaccination books you have), take a general history and ensure you are fit to travel. You will then be advised on what vaccination are recommended and what malaria treatment (if any) is needed. You will then be given the appropriate vaccines by Nurse Mairead Hanley who is trained in Travel Health.
If you become unwell after your return, even up to a year after return, please mention when seen that you have travelled recently.
